- Registration fee for the SCGT Conference is as indicated on the homepage.
- Personnel affiliated with A*STAR-, SingHealth- or ACTRIS should register as a group. For more information, please email to [email protected].
- Entry to the Conference is strictly by registration only.
- Registrations will allow admission to all scientific sessions as stated in the Conference program.
- Registration deadline is 25 Jun 2025.
- All participants are to register online at the SCGT Conference website.
- Free registration is available for students. Please apply via this form: https://for.sg/scgt2025student. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
- Registration under categories other than Regular must be accompanied by an endorsed Verification Letter from Program Director / Head of Department (HOD) / Group Leader as proof of status to qualify for the discounted fees. Kindly download the letter here (downloadable Verification Letter template)
- All presentation slides and other materials shown during the Conference are intended for personal viewing by the registrant only. The slides and materials should not be recorded or reproduced without the written consent of the presenter or copyright owner.
- By registering to the Conference, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the below clause:
By registering and participating in this conference, you agree that your personal data, photographs and video (if any) can be used by the conference organizers for publicity usage. Business contact information are collected for the purpose of managing your registration for this event and security/contact tracing purposes. Your email address will be used for notifications of SCGT Conference 2025 and future SCGT Conference meetings. We are committed to complying to the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act). ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The Organizers cordially invites participants to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
- Abstracts will be selected based on scientific fit, excellence and novelty.
- If an abstract submitted for oral presentation is not selected, it will automatically be considered for a poster presentation instead.
- The following Abstract Categories are to be considered:
- Category 1: Basic & Translational Research
Includes research in the areas of science that is considered fundamental to the study and practice of medicine for e.g. anatomy, physiology, pathology, epidemiology, biochemistry, etc. as well as translational research, which aims to facilitate the application of basic scientific discoveries in clinical and community settings. - Category 2: Clinical Research
Includes research that is conducted with human subjects or on material of human origin such as tissues, specimens, and cognitive phenomena for which an investigator (or a colleague) directly interacts with human subjects. - Category 3: Nursing & Allied Health
Includes case study or research not limited to improvements in cell therapy patient experience, patient safety, clinical outcomes or transformative practices.
- Category 1: Basic & Translational Research
- Abstract submissions are free and will only be accepted electronically through the online registration and abstract submission form.
- Please note that abstract submission does not mean you are registered by default. Please register yourself for the conference.
- Deadline for Abstract Submission is 11 June 2025.
- Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author using the (downloadable Abstract template)
- Authors submitting abstracts are responsible for ensuring that all authors listed in the abstract have been notified of the submission.
- Please proofread your abstracts carefully prior to submission and do not submit the same abstract more than once. Revisions cannot be made after the abstract submission deadline.
- All abstracts received will be assessed by the Conference Organizers.
- All submissions must be in English.
FORMAT OF ABSTRACT
- Please submit your abstracts as an attachment in Microsoft Word format (Font: Arial, Font size: 10). Only abstracts using the (downloadable Abstract template) will be accepted.
- Your abstract should contain text only.
- Ensure that all special characters, symbols and formatting are properly displayed.
- Abstract text must not exceed 250 words, excluding authors’ affiliations.
- Please include Abstract Title, Authors' Names and Affiliations in the following format

- Submitters of accepted abstracts will be notified of the acceptance for presentation via email.
- Further information will be provided in the acceptance email.
