PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP GUIDELINES
Session A: mRNA Foundry @ BTI
Format: Rotational sessions of presentation and guided lab tour of the Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Initiative (NATi) mRNA BioFoundry, the first- of-its-kind facility in Asia dedicated to mRNA manufacturing
Venue (on-site): Bioprocessing Technology Institute (BTI), 20 Biopolis Wy, Centros, Singapore 138668
Session B: ACTRIS Tour + Miltenyi Biotec Workshop
Format: Rotational sessions of presentations and hands-on/lab tour showcasing ACTRIS, a cell-therapy manufacturing facility, and GMP- compliant manufacturing technologies by Miltenyi Biotec.
Venue (off-site): Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS), 30 Hospital Boulevard, Level 19 National Cancer Centre Singapore, Singapore 168583
Session C: Novartis Interactive Workshop @ Codon (Matrix)
Format: Small-group case studies and discussions led by Dr. Daniel J. Landsburg, MD, an expert in autologous stem cell transplantation and
CAR-T19 therapy.
Venue (on-site): Matrix (Codon seminar room, L5), 30 Biopolis St, Singapore 138671
4. Transport will be arranged for the off-site venue (Session B). Session A and Session C will take place on-site at Biopolis.
5. Registrants who indicated interest in the Pre-Conference Workshop will receive an email to select their preferred Afternoon Session.
6. Registrants may rank multiple workshops in order of preference. However, please note that each person will be assigned to one session only. We will assign you based on the availability of the session you choose. Due to limited capacity, we apologize if we cannot accommodate everyone to their preferred session
7. Workshop assignments will be communicated by email by the end of June 2025.
8. If you wish to withdraw from your assigned workshop, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can offer the slot to registrants on the waiting list.
9. Withdrawals are only accepted via written notification to [email protected].
10. Please note that the Afternoon Session workshop slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Pre-Conference Workshop comprises of Morning Session and Afternoon Session
- The Morning Session feature seminars and will be held at Matrix (Aspiration Theatrette, L2M), 30 Biopolis St, Singapore 138671
- The Afternoon Session comprises of 3 parallel sessions:
